I have just read two articles about the National Association of Securities Dealers at www.asensioexposed.com/nasdunfit.htm and www.asensioexposed.com/nasdunfit2.htm.  These articles raise questions about the competence, responsiveness, and integrity of NASD, particularly its District 10 office.
 
The SEC has a responsibility to investors to investigate the issues presented in these articles.  The evidence that NASD is not enforcing the law and has misled and refused to respond to law enforcement is too serious to be ignored.
